4. Switch Position After Woke Up - Pag nagising ka sa pag kakatulog, try mo mag switch ng position. For example you fall asleep and woke up on your right side, and so turn to left side and sleep again.
5. Repeat the Cycle - (Sleep - Woke up - Switch Position - Sleep) If nothing happened, just repeat the cycle, mas maraming cycle mas mataas ang chance makapagLucid Dreams.

Tonight, I am going to try to Lucid Dreams, (1) bago ko nga pala simulan kukuha muna ako ng notebook para gawing Dream Journal, syempre para pag nagising na ako at nakapag Lucid Dreams ay may record ako, at para hindi ko malimutan yung mga awesome things na na-experience ko. (2) I am going to start na, I choose to lay on my right side. (3) I need to tell myself that "I am going to Lucid Dreams", ng paulit ulit, at hindi ko namalayang nakatulog na pala ako. (4) Pag gising ko, wala naman akong maalalang dreams na nangyari, kaya sige switch position from right side to left side naman, tapos kelangan ko sabihin ulit yung affirmation na "I am going to Lucid Dreams", ng paulit ulit, at di ko ulit namalayan na nakatulog ulit ako. Then a realization comes.

Wait lang, parang may kakaiba, parang nag iba yung bahay namin, bakit yung year ng calendar ay 2090, parang, I am on the Virtual World?.

Okay, keep calm para hindi masayang ang adventure, keep calm lang. Reality check muna. Checked my hands, woops I got twenty fingers, yup, confirmed that I am Lucid Dreaming. Lalabas ako ng bahay para makita yung mga iba pang nabago, mga weird and awesome things sa paligid ko… O wow is that a flying car?, is that a unicorn?, is that… then, I woke up. O gash, na excite ako sa mga weird things, nawala tuloy ako sa focus, sayang. Teka, ililista ko muna yung mga nangyari sa Dream Journal ko, baka mawala pa at malimutan ko, next time magiging calm na ko.

So ayon na nga, ganon lang ang kelangan, be prepared, be aware and be calm para hindi masayang yung adventure mo sa Virtual World. Maging mapanuri sa mga bagay bagay na nagiba, katulad nalang ng, yung year ng calendar na alam mong 2016 ngayon pero nakita nyang 2020. Kapag ganon, Reality check agad para ma confirm mong nasa Virtual World ka na at nag Lucid Dreaming, dahil madalas aakalain mong talagang nasa Reality ka pa din. Congrats you are now a Lucid Dreamer.
